Ingredients List

1 kg of minced meat
1 grated onion
2 cups of tomato juice
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 teaspoon of dried peppermint
1/2 cup of minced green coriander
Oil

Preparation

1. Mix the meat thoroughly with onion and spices and shape as desired.
2. Put in a tray then pour the tomato sauce on it.
3. Sprinkle oil and cover it with aluminum foil.
4. Put in oven.
5. Remove the foil before serving
